As a "sunrise industry" in China, sports industry development has beenwidespread attentioned. But due to the socialist market economic system isimmaturity, there are some problems and obstacles on the road of sports industrydevelopment. Sporting goods exports plays an important role in sporting goodsindustry and even the development of sports industry. It also has received extensiveattention. According to the actual situation of the sporting goods export enterprises inShiShi, which is the sporting goods industry colony, this paper try to find the keyfactors affecting the development of sports goods exports. The result has certaintheoretical value and practical significance.This paper puts forward the impacting factors of sports goods export model.Based on the data collection from the sporting goods export enterprise in ShiShi City,the questionnaire survey verified the assumptions in proposed model in this paperabout the influencing factors The result shows that sports goods exported influencedby domestic economic environment, the enterprise brand, the policies and regulations,the enterprise cost, competitive enterprise, the international environment, industrydevelopment. Enterprise culture and enterprise management have no obvious impacton sporting goods exports. According to the empirical study, this study put forwardthe Suggestions for the development of sports goods exports. In order to improve thesports goods exports in the future, the government should intensify policy support,perfecting public information service function, accelerate reform of the export tradesystem, guide the enterprises to expand, build the sporting goods industry base,shaping the international famous brand. For industry, we shall formulate thecorresponding industry standards to improve the export capacity of enterprises,standardize the order of export, and accelerate industrial structure adjustment. Theenterprise should implement effective brand strategy, promote technology innovationability and strengthen personnel training.The innovation point of this article is mainly reflected in the systematicsummary and sums up of current academic research results of sports goods export situation. And based on this, this study put forward the model of key factors affectingthe sports goods exports. This paper also have disadvantages: in this paper, the dataonly could reflect the situation of sports goods exports in ShiShi, because of thecertain regional characteristics, the result may not apply to other areas. Futureresearch can consider to continue to explore different regional differences in sportsgoods export, further deepen the sports goods export key factors model, establish aunified model of the key factor influence sport goods exports.
