With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, many scholars have begunto keen on the "school-based curriculum," the theoretical study and practical exploration.Pay more attention to the education of students, school-based curriculum and studentdemand quality education for the new curriculum reform of compulsory education cannot only meet the requirements of the new curriculum, but also to promote theprofessional development of teachers of literac. Therefore, the development ofschool-based curriculum has also been a concern of scholars and experts.This study selected primary and secondary schools in Yan’an City, ShaanxiProvince as the research object, using observation, questionnaires and interviewsconducted field investigations; through school-based curriculum development status ofprimary and secondary analysis of Yan’an City, found that school-based curriculumdevelopment in some of the more prominent the problem: lack of knowledge ofschool-based curriculum; school policy response is not positive, scientific managementmethods of the weak; for the rational use of resources and the lack of curriculumdevelopment; differences in teachers, teachers for school-based curriculum developmentof awareness is not strong. To solve these problems, the author conducted a systematicanalysis and comparison of attribution and found that the factors affecting the primaryand secondary school-based curriculum development in Yan’an City, include thefollowing aspects: a clear understanding of the theory-based, school-based curriculumimplementation is blocked, the lack of curriculum resources, curriculum development ofbody awareness and limited ability to develop course content and the lack of scientificevaluation of school-based curriculum development, such as a weak foundation. Forquestions to the relevant theory, this study attempts to raise awareness of and research tostrengthen school-based theory, student-centered curriculum development andimplementation of student needs, strengthen school-based training, curriculum development and utilization of various resources, develop appropriate policyrecommendations of the evaluation mechanism based curriculum and other aspects ofmulti-party cooperation and exchange of.In this study, there are some deficiencies in the research, research subject, researchmethods, conclusions, hoping to supplement and improve the follow-up study. I hope thisresearch can primary and secondary school-based curriculum development play acatalytic role in some of Yan’an City negligible.
