The21st century is the time of information technology rapidly developing. Theinformation technology constantly changing the world and infiltrating in people’s work,study and lives. Based on the computer as the core of the information technologywhich speed up the world science and technology progress.Cloud computing, physicalnetworking as a new generation of information technology which is making our lifeand production mode gradually changed.The information technology uses widely anddevelops rapidly. Especially the information technology has promoted the educationteaching reform that made a series of results. However, the students’ informationliteracy, operation skill and innovation ability training is worrying. Therefore, the keyof high school information technology teaching should pay attention to students’innovation ability training. Encouraging students to independent explore, discover andsolve problems.In recent years, performance management develop rapidly and dominant a leadingrole in the field of enterprise application. But it develops slowly in the education field.The performance management pays attention to the improvement of the enterpriseperformance and staff ability training. To implement performance management in theschools is to cultivate students’ practical operation ability. The performance is not onlya fraction, more important is to adapt to the society actual operation ability. The highschool information technology course is the main field to cultivate students. To changethe reality of the situation, the first task is to reform the information technologyclassroom. It will improve students’ learning performance.First, this study learns about the theory knowledge of performance managementand high school information technology teaching. Combined with questionnaire surveymethod, observation, interview method and other methods, analyzes the presentsituation about the information technology classroom teaching. Find out theperformance influence factors of high school information technology teaching. Thenaccording to the results of investigation and idea of performance management, find outthe connections between the performance management and the high school informationtechnology teaching. At last, using the basic principle of performance management toconstruct the system of high school information technology teaching which bases onperformance management. The performance management model of high school information technology teaching bases on the thinking of system theory”input-process一output".The three node of performance input, performance operation andperformance output consist of high school information technology teachingperformance.The performance plan,performance implementation, performancecommunication, performance evaluation and performance feedback about high schoolinformation technology teaching management system is based on the performancemanagement process.Through the analysis of actual teaching case, to apply the highschool information technology teaching performance management system in practicalteaching and improve the system of practical application ability.
