The main task of the traditional Chinese society, women are mothers, homemakers.However, with the rapid development of economic and social consciousness and thinkingconstantly updated, the role of women in society is also undergoing tremendous changes.More and more women began to play a role in all walks of life, and even play a vital rolein many industries. This article focuses on the problem of stress encountered by femaleemployees in work and life, the root of the problem is widespread pressure source, havecome from the family, respect women themselves and enterprises. Too much pressure forthe women themselves and their families, careers have had a huge impact, to some extenthurt women’s physical and mental health, leading to family disharmony, low economicefficiency of enterprises, and many other social problems. This paper built on the basis ofthe research enterprise, Suzhou H pressure problems on the female employees, acomprehensive analysis of the impact H enterprises female employees pressure source andthe pressure generated by the group of social work methods to assist H enterprises femaleemployees face pressure to resolve the negative effects of stress brought about by domesticissues for the study of female employees to provide reference pressure.
