Supply-side structural reform and the construction of an innovative country have put forward new requirements for job seekers in the labor market.The double influence of the economic transition and the increase in the number of graduate students has made the employment situation in our country increasingly severe.The " difficulty of employment" issue has also been increasingly concerned by the state,society and the family.Job search is closely related to employment.This research uses case study methods,document methods,comparative research methods to analyze the impact of job search behaviors for graduate students on employment outcomes.Master graduate students are used as research subjects for the work of search behavior conducts empirical research of six major educational economy and management students at Q universities.Analyze the impact of the job search time,search path,search density,search breadth,search cost,and expected salary on the employment results for each case.At the same time,comparative analyze the gender,occupational awareness,and academic performance Family status for each case.The study found : different job search efforts will lead to different levels of job search behavior and employment implementation rate.The job search exams such as civil servants,career preparations,etc.will become an important way for postgraduates to search for jobs.The proportion of personal image fees and examination training fees for examinations in the cost of job search highlights;in the five perspectives of gender,career cognition,academic performance,social capital utilization,and school employment guidance,the postgraduates of six Q university educational economy and management majors are searching for jobs(including start time and duration),job search density,job search breadth,job search cost,and expected salary are all significant differences.It reveals the inherent laws of job search behavior for master graduate students,combines the current economic development pattern and market structure,and make targeted suggestions from the four perspectives,include graduate students themselves,universities,countries,society and enterprises.This will enable graduate students to more reasonably grasp the efforts of the job search,as well as,improve the quality of employment and the rate of employment implementation,promote the optimization of the efficiency of the allocation of human resources,ease the current severe employment situation of college graduates,reduce the frictional unemployment of college students,and accelerate the realization of the quantitative "population dividend" to quality "Diversity of talents" changes.
