In1999, China launched a new curriculum reform of basic education, correspondingly in the new curriculum standards issued by the Ministry of Education, the school clearly ideological and political course knowledge and skills, processes and methods, classification target emotional attitudes and values in three dimensions, is widely known as the " three-dimensional object ". Three-dimensional object has become a new core curriculum reform concept. In this paper, high school political course economic life as the object of study, mainly study the design and implementation of its three-dimensional object. This paper consists of four parts:First chapter points out the background of the issues raised and the research status.The vital concepts were defined, the significance of the study was summarized and the main methods of the study were outlined.The second chapter describes the meaning of economic life three-dimensional object design and implementation. Including economic life three-dimensional object design is conducive to the development of teaching resources in economic life; conducive to improve the students’ evaluation methods; helpful to promoting the implementation of the three objectives. Then the meaning of Economic life three-dimensional object implementation is that it can promote student knowledge value-added based on knowledge economics; lead the overall development of students by multi-dimensional integrated perspective; help teachers capture resources by the leading of the three-dimensional object.The third chapter analyses the problems existing in the economic life three-dimensional object design and implementation. The economic life three-dimensional object design existing fragmentation and labeling phenomenon; It used to make teachers as the behavior main body; It’s action verbs interoperability and valuation is not high; The behavior conditions are missed or improper; The result behavior is too abstract. The economic life three-dimensional object implementation exists fragmentation phenomena and lacks of integrity; Blind to change or giving up three-dimensional object is abound; Teaching methods and evaluation mechanism is single; Too much emphasis on the three dimensional object "default".The fourth chapter discusses the optimization strategy of three-dimensional object design and implementation for the problems analyzed in the third chapter. In view of the economic life three-dimensional object implementation, the design optimization strategies are as follows. Correctly understanding the connotation and relationship of the three-dimensional object; Making students as the main body in the behavior; Using specific accurate action verbs; Indicating the necessary behavior conditions; The result behavior description should have substance in speech. In view of the economic life three-dimensional object implementation, the implementation optimization strategies are as follows. Analyzing the teaching material content and the structure; changing their roles from leaders to instructors for teachers; improving the diversity, rationality, instructive in teaching methods; realizing the diversity, expansibility, difference in teaching evaluation; At last, deeply holding the relationship between the three-dimensional object design and implementation.
