With the rapid development of higher vocational education and the deepening ofthe reform of higher vocational education, vocational colleges in enrollment andemployment, school-enterprise cooperation, professional development and otheraspects are facing a severe test. Therefore, the management of higher vocationalcolleges have become increasingly prominent position and role as an institution ofhigher vocational colleges integrated management office, plays a nexus to contactabout internal and external communication and the pivotal role as a bridge toparticipation in government, management services, engage in good service mission.From vocational colleges management situation difficult to find in institutionalmechanisms, functions and roles to play, personnel and team building are more or lessthere are some problems in urgent need of improvement. In order to more intuitivelyfind and solve problems, this paper Changzhou Vocational school office building as acase study for this article Vocational institutions provide the basis for integratedmanagement support.Article begins with an account of China’s vocational education background,summarize, summarize, and evaluate domestic and foreign literature about officemanagement and office organization for vocational colleges, functions determined toplay a role in other aspects, the use of literature research and case analysis, the use ofscientific management theory, organizational behavior theory, administrative ecology,management, communication theory research.
