With the rapid development of the vocational education, teacher as vocationaleducation’s imparter, it plays an important role in our society. How to improve teacher’senthusiasm become more and more important. Therefore, the teacher performanceappraisal occupies an important position in the secondary vocational school, we mustestablish a viable vocational teacher performance appraisal system.This paper have five parts, use literature research, comparison, questionnaire methodof theory, invest the performance appraisal of the status quo at home and abroad.Introduces the concepts of performance appraisal of teachers in vocational schools,theories and methods, the role of standards and methods, combined home and abroadteacher’s performance evaluation studies, the situation assessment of YB vocational school,take the form of a questionnaire for some vocational schools, find the problems anddifficulties of secondary vocational school teachers’ performance appraisal, analysis theissues, based on the analysis of problems and difficulties, to improve vocational schoolteacher performance appraisal. First, strengthen the construction of teacher performanceappraisal system; Second, improve teacher performance appraisal content; Third, establisha scientific index system of performance appraisal of teachers; Fourth, establish aneffective performance appraisal feedback and the results of the use of the mechanism.
