Research On The Information Disclosure Of Public Emergency In Colleges

The public emergency management in universities has become an major aspect ofuniversities management, and also an important guarantee, which promotes the steadydevelopment of universities and protects the legal order of the public. The informationpublication of public emergency of universities, as an integral part of the publicemergency management, should realize its role and value within the handling of the event.However, many problems still exist in the information publication of public emergency ofuniversities, which result in the information publication unable going smoothly and alsomaking it hard to deal with the emergency response. Therefore, currently, how to improvethe information publication of public emergency of universities requires urgent solution.This paper started with the specific cases about the public emergency of universities,presented the four categories of the public emergency in universities in the using as cases,and elaborated on the meaning, features and significance of the information publication ofpublic emergency of universities. The author pointed several problems on the basis ofsurvey data and specific cases, such as, weak in the sense of the information publicationamong universities and the public, defective statutory framework, imperfect organizationsof administration, irregular contents and obstructed channels of the informationpublication, and also carried on the inquisition to its origin.In order to improve and comprehensively promote the ability of dealing with theinformation publication of public emergency of universities, and guarantee the publicemergency management of universities going smoothly, the author put forward thefollowing proposal: Firstly, to enhance the awareness of the information publicationamong the administrative departments and teachers and students in universities; Secondly,to continually complete and perfect the laws and regulations from the aspect ofuniversities and government; Thirdly, to optimize the work mechanism of the informationpublication, improve the staff’s ability and simplify the process of the informationpublication. Fourthly, to standardize the contents include in advance, in the course andafterwards three stages. Finally, to utilize the methods of the information publication,integrate the distribution, make known the ways and clearly regulate the levels of theinformation publication.
