Private higher education in China,with the support of national policy,after more than 30 years of development,already more and more highlights the characteristics of itself,however,with the development of private colleges,it is also facing multiple test,to break through the quality,credibility,and Create features differentiation development road,such as private colleges teachers generally have the problems of great mobility,and poor stability,especially the young teachers have become the main part of the loss of teachers,it is bound to weaken the stability of the teachers,affect the long term development of the private colleges.Therefore,how to make use of limited resources,fully arouse the work enthusiasm of teachers,stable teacher troop,improve school teaching quality and teaching efficiency,is the urgent requirement of private universities to achieve rapid development,and has very important practical significance.This paper starts with the current situation of private college teachers loss,analysis of the loss of young teachers to the negative impact of private colleges;And then use the questionnaire statistics and interviewmethod to analysis the acquired survey data,summed up the main factors of influencing the loss of private young teachers,namely the social external environment,school internal management,and young teachers personal factors;Finally putting forward the basic countermeasures to strengthen the management of teacher losing,aimed at strengthening theory support of private colleges and universities young teacher team construction,to provide feasible Suggestions for the development of private colleges,these Suggestions include:First of all,from the country’s social macro level,through creating a favorable external environment to stabilize and strengthen the private universities young teacher team;Second,focus on the private colleges internal construction,change the educational philosophy of private colleges,optimize the environment of private colleges talents;Third,implement the individual teacher,is to strengthen young teachers professional ethics accomplishment,guide the young teachers to realize their own professional development,arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of young teachers,encourage young teachers take root in education.
