With the rapid development of knowledge economy, two major characteristics have emerged in the international higher education field. The other is that the past simple educational system has been changed to set up diploma mutual recognition international criteria on the principle of equal quality. The evaluation of learning process highlights that the evaluation should focus on the learners and the key points should be the learners themselves, their attitudes, experience, inputs, results and etc..Based on Astin’s participation theory and1101undergraduates of Guangxi University, this study is going to analyze the extracurricular learning input, students’development and the relationship between the two, trying to dig out the impact of extracurricular learning input on students’development and offer some suggestions for university students to properly arrange their time and activities after class.
