The new curriculum reform concept held by new curriculum in curriculumgoal, curriculum function, curriculum structure, curriculum content, curriculumimplementation, curriculum evaluation and other aspects have undergone significantchanges. New concept, new textbook and new evaluation put forward higherrequirements to teachers. According to the high school curriculum standard,mathematics learning evaluation should pay attention to students’ knowledge masteryskills mastery and students’ capabilities improvement, but also pay attention to thechange of their emotion, attitude and value; To examine and distinguish the students’learning level, also pay attention to the role of subjective initiative in the process of thestudents’ learning; pay attention to quantitative understanding, but also pay attention toqualitative analysis; pay attention to education on students’ evaluation, but also payattention to students’ self-evaluation and mutual evaluation. It requires the teachersshould understand the new curriculum correctly, change their traditional educationalconcept, establish a new educational concept fit for new curriculum reform; evaluationon students’ learning is one important content of new curriculum reform. So with newcurriculum concept to guide, how to use mathematics evaluation methods scientificallyto evaluate mathematics learning has important meaning to us.This paper first summarizes the study on mathematics learning assessment ofscholars home and aboard, discusses the assessment of mathematics learning theory,mathematics learning evaluation method, high school mathematics curriculum standardson learning evaluation of the basic concept. On basis of them, the paper discusses howto use the new curriculum concept to guide mathematics learning, including how to dothe appraisal goal multiplication, the appraisal subject diversification, evaluationmethods diversity, the rating results presentation methods emphasizing on thecombination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation. Finally, combiningwith the high school mathematics teaching, according to the new curriculum concept,the paper does the experimental study on how to use evaluation methods scientificallyto evaluate the student’s mathematics learning.The results of this paper’s study show that educational way and evaluationmethods of new curriculum concept can stimulate students’ learning initiative better, letthe students take part in the process of "doing mathematics" actively, let them have fun to learn mathematics. During mathematics teaching, with the combination of the newcurriculum concept and mathematics learning evaluation methods effectively, teachersand students can get benefit form it. Students have more interests, more confidence,more enthusiasm, their abilities have improved in mathematics learning, while in themathematics teaching, the teacher pay more attention to their professional development,and strive to construct "student-centered" mathematical classroom, promote students’all-round development. The assessment of mathematics learning should always be onthe concept of the new curriculum as guide, on the basis of cultivating students’comprehensive quality, teachers should do their multi-angle, all-round evaluation onstudents, only in this way, it can create a good learning environment for students, leteveryone get successful experience, everyone can get pleasure in learning, and learninghappily.
