In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy, secondary vocational education has occupied an important position in secondary education. The students in secondary vocational education after entering vocational schools, not only to learn professional skills, but also to prepare for career choice. How to successfully complete the transition from school to work to improve the effectiveness of employment and career maturity vocational students is an important research direction vocational students career counseling.Career maturity to grasp their personal career development is appropriate to the stage of career development objectives extent, through to vocational school principals, teachers and students to conduct interviews, the students conducted a questionnaire survey prepared containing nine dimensions of the "vocational students career maturity questionnaire", after two pre-test to verify the questionnaire generally has good reliability and validity. The second step will Questionnaire tests have been performed in large quantities on the spot recovery, removing and obvious answer does not answer the questionnaire carefully, using SPSS for data analysis, the following conclusions:(l)Vocational students’career maturity career includes two modules of cognitive and vocational ability, professional recognition by the professional world in which cognitive and vocational self-awareness, namely containing job familiarity, professional familiarity, self-assessment, self-confidence, self-monitoring; professional competence includes social competence, professional competence, cognitive thinking ability, learning ability;(2)Vocational students overall career maturity than average, the factor scores are arranged in descending order as follows:Social Skills> Self Assessment confidence> post ability=Professional Skills> Professional familiarity> Self-Monitoring> Cognitive thinking skills> self-learning ability;(3)Regional specialties industry majors career maturity is low;(4)Grade three individual career maturity in a professional capacity, cognitive thinking skills, social skills, job knowledge, self-assessment has. five dimensions, significantly lower than the high one, sophomore year;(5)Self-learning abilities, the girls than boys; self-monitoring, males are far lower than girls; confidence, males were significantly higher than girls;(6)Professional abilities, the child was significantly higher than non-child; confidence, the child was significantly lower than non-child;(7)Had a part-time experienced professional competence and professional groups in the cognitive level is higher than the group has not had a part-time experience, and this difference is very significant;(8) Only parents of secondary school education or less families with children, if a higher cognitive level positions, the self-monitoring and self-learning capabilities are higher than the level of the family culture. Among them, more than university education student population corresponds highest career maturity career maturity lowest, middle or secondary education groups.
