Kant said:people only to be educated will be a real person. Man, lies in the enlightenment and the influence through the education. Because of its unique subject feature, it riches in profound humanistic spirit. Chinese teaching also centers on man-development, which offer students an "spirit foundation" to promote the learning of humanistic spirit. So, what is the humanistic spirit? The essence and core of the humanistic spirit is the’people’, the humanistic spirit bases on essential attributes--a study on external pursuit of the beauty, a supreme purpose of all-round development of human, a thought of reality of being as "people", a kind of value orientation among people’s status, value, dignity and spiritual concern. However, since carried out the "humanistic spirit" in90s, there existed a big discussion in the Chinese education field that many scholars criticize the current situation of Chinese teaching which is lacking of humanity spirit, and few of them could look from teachers’point--true, good, beauty, to put forward the strategy of teaching infiltrating with the humanistic spirit. Influenced by many factors, the current situation of humanistic spirit of senior Chinese teacher is not optimistic. They become disorientated when they put education into practice, the sense of belonging is low, although they have recognized the need to cultivate humanistic spirit, they don’t find specific ways to implement. The reason is mainly caused by the following four points, first, the prevasive use of tools, the lost of humanity;second is the impact to Chinese teachers whose humanistic spirit is to be lost by the current educational system, including the lag in course system in Normal University and the restriction in college entrance examination system; the third is that the influence of social environment on Chinese teachers’loss of humanity spirit; the fourth is the reason of teachers themselves, including education system is not in concert with the reality, a lack of extension, practice, research, reflection and the influence on traditional teaching concept. In view of situation above, this essay discusses on the strategies of cultivating the humanistic spirit of senior school Chinese teachers from the aspect of general human nature-truth, goodness and beauty. First one is the spirit of seeking truth with a combination of knowing and doing,demand it that improve the intelligent and cultural knowledge and practical skills; the second is the self-reflection spirit, a need of cultivating noble integrity, love character and respect students’ independence, the development as individuality; third is the aesthetic spirit of soundless lubrication, which needs educational concept, stands to the requirements of self-personality, cultivates a healthy interesting and charming life and a exquisite tastes of the art of relaxation, peaceful and happiness interest.Chinese teachers in senior high school is an educational practitioner of foundation for the human sciences. The cultivation of humanistic spirit of Chinese teacher in senior high school is an inevitable move. On the one hand is the core concept of new curriculum "to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, to each child’s growth", the other hand is the responsibility that "impart knowledge and educate people" and "tireless in teaching others".
