| Recently, as the new curriculum reform went on, the education of thehistory of Soviet Union, as an integral part of world history education, gainsmore attention from the teachers. As the proportion of the history of SovietUnion increases in High school history teaching materials, how to resolvethe problem of integrating the history of Soviet Union into the teachingmaterials has becoming the pressing issue.Based on the elaboration of high school history course standard relatingto the history of Soviet Union, starting with the analysis of the history ofSoviet Union teaching material, this article comparatively analyzes thefeatures and problems of three high school history teaching materials(Renjiao version, Renmin version and Yuelu version) with respect to theproportion of history of Soviet Union, its framework and module, tips forclass preparation, introduction of topic and related knowledge, and theselection of historical photos. Suggestions are proposed to modify the highschool history teaching materials: firstly, incorporate the new researchachievements of Soviet Union history into the teaching material; secondly,pay attention to the integration of the contents of high school Soviet Unionhistory teaching material. This article finally emphasizes that, under thecircumstance that the modified version of high school history teachingmaterials has not been issued yet, the modification of high school Soviethistory teaching material should be based on the changes of middle schoolhistory teaching material (2011version), giving a more objective andimpartial appraisal to the October Revolution, realizing that it is not thebeginning of World contemporary history, reinterpreting the birth of SovietUnion as the first socialist country and its historic significance,comprehending the achievement and major issue of Soviet socialistconstruction, and understanding the historical role and the influence ofSoviet model. |
