In the knowledge economy times, knowledge and technological innovation are the basicrequirements and intrinsic motivation for economy development. Quality education, theproduct of an era, is to develop students’ innovative spirit and practical application ability. TheInstitute of thinking and good thinking is this era’s most indispensable spirit and quality. Thisposes a severe challenge to the workers in the front of education. How to change ourselves tokeep up with the rapid pace of history? How to define students’ thinking hierarchy? How toimprove the quality of the students? How to tap the potential of students thinking? What is theprop rite thinking ability training teaching methods and models? And these are a series oftheoretical and practical issues.The essence of mathematics learning is the process of mathematical thinking activities,and the responsibilities mathematics teaching lies in training students’ thinking skills. How todevelop the quality of students’ scientific thinking and improve the quality of their thinkingbecomes the fundamental task of mathematics teaching. In this paper, combined with theauthor’s teaching practice, we propose to take team co-teaching model. Firstly, through areview of current research analysis, we identify current problems in mathematics teaching andclear the direction and purpose of the study. Secondly, commencing from the characteristicsand significance of broad thinking and thinking training to further extend to mathematics trainof thought, we propose mathematical thinking stratification theory. Once again, we analyzethe theoretical foundation which are constructivism and met cognition theory of mathematicsteaching and training of team cooperation hierarchical thinking in-depth analysis to identifythe matching form of mathematical hierarchical thinking training methods, that is groupcooperation teaching and we further explore its features. Finally, we focus on mathematicshierarchical thinking training-the method and steps of group cooperation teaching andcombine the method with examples. Also we make some reflection for the practice whereerror-prone and put up with the rationalization and workable teaching suggestions.
