Based on the theory of senior high school students’ ideological and political quality evaluation and the practice significance, the first part of this study analyzes the related concepts and do research on ideas and methods from the perspective of the study both at home and abroad. By means of the analysis of students’ developmental evaluation standard and contents, the second part explains the theoretical basis and basic method of student evaluation, exploring the main objectives, basic method and implementation approach for effective implementation of the students in senior high school new curriculum which is based on different angles, such as multiple intelligence theory, constructivist learning theory, humanistic theory, postmodern theory and so on. The third mainly investigate the present situation of its standards, methods, subjects and feedback. And in turn, it analyzes and research the problems caused by them. The fourth part studies countermeasures for the development of evaluation standards and content, consistent with curriculum goals which combine knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values in order to promote students’ comprehensive quality. Through the countermeasure research of developmental evaluation basic method, according to different evaluation contents and objects, different ways of evaluation are adopted, in which the cognitive evaluation and emotional evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation should be combined so that the authenticity and validity of evaluation is to be improved. Through the countermeasure research of main body of students’ developmental evaluation, the interaction between evaluators and evaluates should be strengthened, encouraging students to self evaluate and mutual cooperate, reflecting on the learning process, and consciously controlling learning state.This research mainly uses the current situation survey, action research method, case analysis and so on. It attaches importance to students’development in the process of evaluation, realizes the goal of evaluation diversification and diversification of evaluation methods, emphasizes the combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation, stresses the combination of quantitative evaluation and qualitative assessment and emphasizes the combination of reflective evaluation and incentive evaluation. Its goals are diverse, that’s to say, they not only focus on academic achievements and graduation rates, but also concentrate on the development of various quality and potential. Its methods are various, namely, besides examinations and tests, a variety of effective evaluation methods are used, such as observation, interview and so on. Through the experimental class contrast cases, the growth record bag cases, and the development mechanism construction cases, its problems, solutions and strategies can be found. By means of researches and experiments on moral education evaluation, the overall quality evaluation and personality evaluation, the analysis of the construction of students’ ideological quality evaluation can be paid attention to, so as to provide schools to carry out the school-based evaluation practice. In this way, the action of school education is regulated, regional school-based evaluation reform and practice is explored and students’ developmental evaluation theory and practice will be enriched.
