According to the clear requirements of the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,we must fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building up people with moral integrity,comprehensively develop the quality education of the country,and continuously promote and implement educational equity.As a compulsory course in middle school,the ideological and political course in high school has both moral and intellectual qualities,and undertakes the important task of shaping students'moral quality and political literacy.Scientific teaching evaluation is helpful to achieve three-dimensional teaching objectives,build excellent teachers and promote students'all-round development.Developmental teaching evaluation is a kind of scientific evaluation method originating from foreign countries.It is a formative teaching evaluation based on the traditional humanistic thought,with the development of students as an important guide and the improvement of teaching quality as the fundamental goal.Implementing developmental teaching evaluation in high school ideological and political course will help to further improve students'ability to master knowledge,.social practice,innovation and creativity,and accelerate the real realization of moral education goals.It has important research value.At present,the research on developmental teaching evaluation mainly focuses on geography,chemistry,physics and other disciplines.The research on developmental teaching evaluation of high school ideological and political course is still in its infancy.Based on the definition of the two core concepts of teaching evaluation and developmental teaching evaluation,this paper expounds the necessity,urgency and feasibility of applying developmental teaching evaluation to high school ideological and political course.By means of empirical investigation,this paper analyses the achievements and drawbacks of the developmental teaching evaluation of the ideological and political course in senior high schools in practical application.Finally,in the light of the problems existing in the concrete implementation process of the developmental teaching evaluation of the ideological and political course in senior high schools,the causes are analyzed from the three dimensions of schools,teachers and students,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward on this basis,with a view to speeding up the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,promoting the comprehensive development of students and improving the comprehensive quality of teachers.
