Teacher professional development is acomplex system engineering, is the development of a sustainable dynamic,influenced by many factors, Is the outcome of internal and external causes.The junior middle school education is the key stage nine yearscompulsory education, Chinese is a basic subject in Elementary Education.The Chinese teacher’s professional quality plays an important role inthe comprehensive development of the people. This paper selects thirdlanguage teachers who works in the Wuhai city as the research object, in thenew curriculum background, How about their professional development, Inthe professional growth on the road what factors affect their professionaldevelopment, to become the focus of this paper.This study from the survival status and the status of professionaldevelopments,and professional development awareness of Wuhai No.3middle school Chinese teachers, description and analyses professionaldevelopment of Chinese teacher in Wuhai No.3middle school, that most ofChinese teachers’ professional knowledge showing a lack of aging,professional competence in education and teaching capacity needs to bestrengthened, the ability of teachers’ reflection is not high, reflection mode is single, the school-based teaching research effectiveness is not high,teacher professional development is slow.For the above analysis, the Chinese teachers should raise the awarenessof professional development, establish sublime faith, construct a reasonableknowledge structure, attach importance to action research, improve theteachers’ ability of reflection, Actively promote the school-based teachingresearch, improve the effectiveness of school-based teaching and research,Self improvement, accumulation of literacy, To realize their ownprofessional development.
