Emotional education is related to the development of students’ emotion, personality. Theimplementation of emotional education has a great role in promoting the harmonious development of body andmind of the students. However, at present, it generally exists in the high school education that great importanceis attached to knowledge and the emotion is ignored. Students’ emotional development and cognitivedevelopment is not synchronous. That is the result of the deep influence of traditional education and of theexam-oriented education which is hot now. In the usual teaching, Teachers pay more attention to the cognitiveeducation on students. But for the emotional education, they are basically in a state of neglect, which leads tothe development of students’ emotion cannot get attention and concern. Finally the development of the students’emotion has the problems. So the article introduces the theory of emotional education firstly. By makinganalysis of the real situation of the implementation of the emotional education in Chinese teaching in highschool, the significance of implementing emotional education is put forward. On the basis of have thecorresponding condition, under the guidance of the essential principles of the implementation. The articlediscusses the strategies and measures of implementing emotional education.The first part of this paper illustrates the connotation of emotion education, characteristics, theoreticalbasis and the general situation of the study of emotional education at home and abroad. The second partdescribes the present situation and problems on the implementation of emotional education in the Chineseteaching in the high school, and then discusses the significance and value of the implementation of emotionaleducation. The third part mainly elaborated the conditions to need to possess and the principle to follow in theimplementation of emotional education in Chinese teaching in high school. The fourth part discusses thestrategy and specific ways of the implementation of emotional education in Chinese teaching in high school.
