Writing is anecessary living skills, and composition teaching is very important in Chinese teaching, which takes almostthe "half" of energies and hours in Chinese teaching. composition teaching attracts great attentions ofteachers`.But writing skills of students`are unsatisfactory The period of senior high school is the goldentime for the students to learn knowledge, is also an important turning point in their lives. The period ofGrade1of senior high schools as a the foundation stage of senior high school and improvement stage ofjunior high school, plays an important role between junior high school and senior high school, so it hasspecial characteristics in composition teaching of the Grade1of senior high schools.In this paper, combined with the writers own teaching practice and long-term compositionamendments in Grade1of senior high schools,by the way of observation and interview, from two aspectsof teachers and students, the careful analysis on the current problems existing in the higher compositionteaching was made. The main problems for students are: failure to understand the importance of,thecomposition writing,the topic of writing is not clear, verbal skill is not so good, emotional experiences arenot enough. The main problems for teachers are: the insufficient understanding to the thesis teaching,problems on the composition guidance. The teachers`comments on compositions also can’t be ignored.To solve these problems, this paper based on the spirit of the new course standard and relevanttheoretical knowledge, combined with the writers own teaching practice, discusses the countermeasures ofhigher composition teaching. Previous studies, paid little attention to the teacher cognition issues, oftenfrom the aspects of composition teaching technology, technique request teachers. The author believes that,first of all, students and teachers should shift from the ideological understanding to the thesis, attach greatimportance to composition, in order to effectively solve the composition of the wrong characters,punctuation, and other issues. Second, as to the problems of students can’t analyze the topic, languageability is not strong and such writing skills problems, this paper suggests the students try to makeaccumulate knowledge of "death" to "activate", teachers should strengthen guidance, combination of reading teaching and writing teaching to fundamentally solve the problem of writing skillsThis thesis pays special attention to the students`problems of emotion losing in compositions,experience, not only focus on students’ emotional experience in reading classics books, also pay attentionto student’s directly experiences in family life. Rich emotional experiences bring excellent writings.
