Elementary education is the cornerstone of national education. The period inprimary school is the basis of the child’s whole life. The teacher is the key to all of this.Therefore it is especially important to study on prominent teaching educators inprimary schools. The emergence of more and more experienced and well-knownteachers is happiness of students,schools and china’s education.Growth history of aperson is like a prism,which refracts a more comprehensive perspective including notonly developments of a person,but more important principles of education.The paperadopts qualitative research methods through reviewing literature and interviewing.Toanalyze, clear up, and summarize the data by grounded theory.This paper is composed of five chapters as follows.The first chapter is introduction. It firstly introduces the background, causes,significance of this research.Second again, it gives an integrated overview the relatedliterature. Based on this it presents the researching objective,content,method,writingframe and the resource from thinking of this research. It illustrates innovation of thisthesis. It mainly introduces the whole research process. In addition it introduces thevalidity,reliability,promotion,moral and ethics and the process of analyzing date.Lastlyit illustrates my thoughts.The second chapter states the characteristics of prominent teaching educators inprimary schools.It mainly highlights the different characteristics of prominent teachingeducators among primary schools,secondary schools and universities.It introducesthree aspects respectively being the perfect combinations of teaching specification andteaching arts,the mutual penetration of research and teaching in the classrooms, to laythe foundation for children’s future.In the third chapter it presents the growing laws of prominent teaching educators.It mainly introduces obviously unique growth tracks and different growth stages ofseven teachers who are selected from a number of interviewees.The first narration is the growth process to let nature take its course and the growth features of mutualpenetration of teaching and education of Zhou.The second narration is the growthprocess of two stages and the growth features to break herself record continually ofXia.The third narration is the growth process of three stages and the growth features tokeep turning of Fang.The fourth narration is the growth process of two stages and thegrowth features to constantly strive to become stronger of Lu.The fifth narration is thegrowth process of three stages and the growth features to continually adjust the ideal tothe reality of Sun. The sixth narration is the growth process of two stages and thegrowth features of concept-changing of Chen.The seventh narration is the growthprocess of two stages and the growth features to develop wisely and efficiently ofFang.It provides a perspective of coexistence of uniqueness and universality.Lastly,itsummarizes growth factors and stage of prominent teaching educators in primaryschools.In the fourth chapter, it focus on the cultivations of prominent teaching educatorsin primary schools.It mainly introduces what and how to cultivate in the differentstages.It presents views on the basis of specific strategies.The first period underlinesthree “to learn”and corresponding implementation strategies.The second periodunderlines two virtues and corresponding implementation strategies.The fifth chapter is summary.
