In twenty-first Century, the development of education has become astrategic core in all countries of the world. To enhance the citizen’squality, strengthening civil constitution, cultivate strong will are theimportant task of quality education in new period.Physical educationplays an important role in quality education. China has a vast territory,large differences in the economic development, the national curriculummanagement system called the national curriculum, which practiced inthe past has not been able to fully meet the needs of different economycondition of school sports teaching work. So the school began to offerand implement the characteristic sports curriculum, adhere to the studentoriented, all-round development of students.Shanghai as an educational pioneer, The implementation of Sports danceschool-based curriculum.plays a significant role in.Development ofmiddle school students’ physiological, psychologicalBy the aerobics dance sports project,we can develop their lifelongphysical awareness, and promote the development of Shanghai students ina comprehensive and personality better.By studying the status of implementation of Shanghai city high schoolsports school-based curriculum aerobics dance classes through theliterature material method, interview method (expert interviews andstudent access method), questionnaire investigation, case analysis,mathematical statistics.it shows that:(1) the implementation form Shanghai city high school sports school-basedcurriculum aerobics dance classes have PE classes, exercise classes,large recess, the school sports teams, interest classes, etc..(2) part of the senior middle school has achieved remarkable results inaerobics dance class sports school-based curriculum implementationprocess: enhance the teachers’ professional level and innovationability,to cultivate students’ positive and optimistic attitude towardslife; through the aerobics dance class project, highlight the schoolcharacteristics and school running idea; in learning aerobics danceclasses in the process, improve the students’ positive and have thecourage to show their confidence.(3) factors affecting the implementation of aerobics dance class sportsschool-based curriculum: low level of teachers professional,lack ofschool economic supports, serious shortage of school facilities; lack ofaerobics dance class curriculum and policy support. (4) in order to ensure the effective implementation of aerobics sportsschool-based curriculum dance class, the countermeasures are: to increaseinvestment, improve the leaders in charge of support, to carry out theexercise dance class activities and competition, hire professionalteachers, aerobics dance classes to improve facilities, improving thecurriculum and evaluation standards, the formation of the school sportsculture.
