The main channel of school education is Classroom teaching, so is the quality education.Classroom teaching reform has become a top priority of the new curriculum reform in thenew round of curriculum reform of basic education. Classroom teaching reform was started invarious regions and schools, a series of classroom teaching was launched.The new high school curriculum reform carried out in Liaoning Province was began atthe fall of2006. The concept of curriculum reform widely spread in high school education.The new curriculum reform was started in more and more schools. Further regulate primaryand secondary school behavior was proposed by Liaoning Province, effectively reduce theheavy academic burden on students. Under this situation, the reformation of classroomteaching in the second high school of Dalian which is named Dalian NO.2high school in thefollowing was started in order to explore the high effective classroom teaching mode. The"451" teaching mode advocating autonomy, cooperation, and explore learning was officiallylaunched after investigation, research, modeling and experiment in September,2012.Dalian NO.2high school is chosen in this study. Tracking and action observational studyis used in Chemistry class of the "451" teaching mode. An objective and comprehensiveunderstanding of the "451" teaching mode status is obtained combined with distributedquestionnaires and face to face interviews with teachers and students.A further theoretical deepening of the "451" teaching mode is made. It is set up on theMarxist theory of the all-round development, cognitive learning theory, constructivistteaching theory, cooperate learning theory. An exposition of the operation process andimplementation strategy is made in this article. A teaching case is given. From the study,students take active participate in Chemistry class of the new teaching mode. Studentslearning way is changed under the "451" teaching mode, enable students to learn selfcooperative learning; make students improved the overall quality; enhance the students’interest in chemistry learning; make student chemical score improved. It is a highly effectiveclassroom teaching mode.Some problems are also existed, such as contradictions between traditional learningconcepts and modern learning style; gap between teachers enthusiastic participation andstudents performance; gap between teachers’ attitudes towards the new model and the actualoperation in the classroom; gap between guidance case capacity and the actual content ofclassroom teaching; the implementation of the new mode increases teachers’ workload. Some suggestions is put forward aimed at the problems: further enhance ideological understandingof both teachers and students; change the ideas of teachers and students; further stimulatestudents’ interest in learning chemistry by using teaching aids effectively; strengthenregulation of the classroom and mobilize the students’ enthusiasm; adjust capacity flexibilityaccording to the actual teaching; strengthen teacher quality education to promote theprofessional development of teachers.
