| Professional competence education is the essence of higher vocational education,and its main goal is to cultivate social skills talents who can adapt to the society. Withthe development of higher vocational education, school-enterprise cooperation is aninevitable trend in higher vocational education field in the future, in order to makethemselves academy trained to meet the needs of social development to adapt to theneeds of enterprises and employment, select school-enterprise cooperation is thenecessary path of higher vocational colleges. Compared with foreign countries,school-enterprise cooperation, whether in theory or in practice, started lately, butdeveloped rapidly. It is precisely because of its rapid development, contributing to thecurrent school-enterprise cooperation’s development rapidly; school-enterprisecooperation is often only stay the surface and lack of depth integration betweencolleges and enterprises. In this paper, on the basis of individual case, we studied theschool-enterprise cooperation model. Specific articles were divided into the followingfive sections:The first chapter is an introduction, topic statement of reasons and significanceof major papers, research on school-enterprise cooperation overview abroad, and thepapers’ overall design.The second chapter is to define the concept, the concept of school-enterprisecooperation,"quasi-employees2+1" model was made specific instructions, anddescribes the theoretical basis of school-enterprise cooperation.The third chapter set Jiangxi Polytechnic College an example, introduced the"quasi-employees2+1" model in the implementation of the school.Chapter IV survey through questionnaires and interviews, the effectiveness andthe problems of the college made the training model for analysis.The fifth chapter proposes to strengthen measures " quasi-employees2+1"model. |
