Application Research Of Industrial Engineering In The Management Of Enterprise Training Center

Industrial engineering is a cross subject to technical and management of organiccombination. Universally acknowledged, it can eliminate waste and improve theproductivity and economic benefits. Domestic electrical industry is in-depth study onimproving labor productivity and reducing various types of waste in order to enhancetheir market competitiveness. Therefore, the industrial engineering in applied research ofdomestic enterprises, especially large enterprises, is very important as a highly theoreticaland practical issue. Industrial engineering has also been widely studied and applied in thenon-manufacturing areas of government, hospitals and service industries.In this paper, the author analyzes the development trend in foreign and the domesticuse situation of industrial engineering, doing research on management and operationmode of State Grid Jibei Electric Power Limited Company Management Training Center.Using the theory of industrial engineering, through the work study and standardizationmanagement, the training service operation and the quality management of training wasstudied and improved.To improve the quality of training and service, lower operating costs, the paperfocus on training and service management improvement by using the methods and ideasof program analysis, operational analysis, process optimization and standardization inindustrial engineering. With ideas and theories of industrial engineering, the paper wantsto help companies find the right way to reform and to achieve maximum economicefficiency.
