The Research On The Construction Of Higher Vocational Education Teaching Team

Now, the Higher Vocational Education is developing very fast in China. Teaching teamis an important form of organization and structure in the teaching of Higher VocationalEducation. It can not only enhance the utility and coordination of school running, but alsoimprove the efficient of teaching effectively. So it will be more important of theconstruction of high performance teaching team and the development of the power of ateaching team, when we have new more requirements to the Higher Vocational Education.Methods, such as literature review, case study and interviews, are used in this thesis.First, the case of Business English Teaching team construction of Shenzhen Polytechnic isstudied in order to show the present situation of Higher Vocational Education in China.According to the comparison between two different types of national teaching team, one fromthe Higher Vocational Education and the other one is from the Higher Education, peopleshould not only focus on the Bipolar Teaching team and the professional learning of the teammembers, but also on methods in team management area. The importance of the usage ofmethods in team management area is analyzed in the next part when we use these methods inteaching team construction. The strategies are sought from the aspects of team building aims,team structure, working environment and the performance evaluation system. At last,suggestions are given to Business English teaching team in Wuhan Polytechnic based on thestrategies.
