Study On The Style Of Study In Higher Vocational College With A Perspective Of Student Management

The quality of vocational education depends on the quality of talent cultivation, andthe quality of talent training depends largely on the construction of the style of studyin higher vocational college. Therefore, cultivating good learning atmosphere andcreating excellent academic style of teachers are regarded as an important subject inthe reform of higher vocational education and a main issue that theoretical workersneed to solve.With a perspective of student management, this paper comprehensively analyzesthe current studies on the style of study in higher vocational college, discusses theconcept, the scientific connotation and the construction of study style, the significanceand requirements of constructing the good study style. Combined with a questionnairesurvey conducted in the writer’s college, it gives a deep analysis on the data gottenfrom the questionnaire and expresses a detailed understanding of the current situationof the construction of study style in higher vocational college. It also talks about theinfluencing factors to the construction of study style in higher vocational college fromthe aspects on social environment, family circumstance, school surroundings andindividual students. And it puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening theconstruction of study style.In view of the existing problems in the construction of study style in highervocational college, this paper puts forward the corresponding counter measures. Itdiscusses how to complete the philosophy and system of the students’ management ofschool from the aspects of constructing the school system, of dormitory managementand class management. It states how to improve the teaching method from the point ofstrengthening the quality of teachers, administrators and counselors. It also tells howto consummate the style of study with high quality activities by strengthening thestudent club activities, by holding various thematic educational activities. At last, itexpounds how to promote the formation of good learning atmosphere through thestudents’ self effective management and learning, which can be formed by theinfluence of excellent students, by the construction of student cadres and by thestudents’ self controlling.This study widens the study area and expands the content of moral education inhigher vocational college from a certain extent; deepens the theoretical foundation forthe teaching in higher vocational college. It also provides a new theoretical supportfor student management in higher vocational college. So it enriches the theoryresearch of construction of study style. To a certain extent, it is conducive to promotethe reflection of workers, to make moral education works smoothly in highervocational college, to strengthen the management of vocational college students.Therefore, it is benefit for improving the quality of education and teaching in highervocational college, which is conducive to raise the quality of Talents training.
