Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) put forward:“Building a flexible and open system of lifelong education to vigorously developeducation and training services and to co-ordinate the resources to expand continuingeducation. Encouraging schools, research institutes, corporate and other relatedorganizations to develop continuing education." Currently, the concept of lifelongeducation has been widely accepted throughout the country and the action of lifelonglearning has been quickly expanded in various industries and fields. In the corporateof our country, a growing number of corporate universities are to characterize theconcept of lifelong education in particular.According to incomplete statistics, China currently has about500corporateuniversities. Establishment of large-scale corporate university in China, on one hand,is because of increasingly fierce corporate competition under the condition andknowledge economy. The corporate have fully recognized that corporate need toupdate, manage and diffuse knowledge through establishing the learning system tobecome a learning organization driven by knowledge so as to maintain sustainablecompetitive advantage. On the other hand, corporate employees need a sort ofeducation that is highly relevant to the characters and requirements of work and meetstheir need of lifelong learning and career development. Successful teachingmanagement mode of corporate university plays a very great role in the promotion ofrealization of strategic target, construction of learning organization, employees’lifelong learning and career development. However, most of our corporate universityis still at the primary stage of development, often lack the accurate concept andfunction positioning, lack of systematic curriculum, lack of rational teacher systemand advanced teaching methods, making the corporate universities formality.Therefore, the study of the teaching management mode of corporate university isparticularly important. In this study, through in-depth theoretical study, analyzing andsummarizing the successful experience of corporate university in order to providetheoretical guidance for the practice of our country.In this paper, the research on the teaching management mode of corporateuniversity is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, elaboratedthe research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research review, and research methods. The second chapter summarized the definition and connation,background, historical evolution, and the development trend of the corporateuniversity, introduced three theoretical foundation that related to the research oncorporate university, respectively are the theory of human capital, the theory oflearning organization, the theory of lifelong education. Based on the study of theteacher system,curriculum system and the teaching methods of successful corporateuniversity at home and aboard, the third chapter constructed the teaching managementmode of corporate university. The forth chapter analyzed the current developmentstatus, and dissected the existing problems of corporate university. Aiming at theproblems, the last chapter presents the countermeasures to optimize the teachingmanagement mode of corporate university in our countryThis study is helpful for further theoretical research of corporate university andperfectness of lifelong education idea, provides beneficial reference of theestablishment, management and development of corporate university, and has certainreference value for solving the problems existed in the teaching management ofcorporate university in China.
