That is the basis of the theory of the teacher charge’s work through collectingand sorting all data at home and abroad. Meanwhile the method of combining thetheory and practice runs through the whole article, which is to express the importanceof the teacher charge’s work. The master leadership is the core of a class, and is theleader. The teaching role of a master and the managing way are bound together incommon teaching. The master’s daily management embodied three aspects. That isto observe, know and study the students for the first step. Secondly, according to theeducational targets, it can organize, raise and pilot students make much progress. Thelast step is to coordinate the social and school power to manage the class.Take the teacher charge’s work in secondary vocational schools for instance,from the situation of the intake and study in the school of students to research andanalyze the topic. Combining the management of students actual cases, a number ofconservation methods have been devised for improvement students of honor and goodsense. In order to improve the quality of management of a class, the master shouldpay attention to the students.The master plays a very important role in management of a class. The teachercharge’s work which is neither better nor worse degree directly affects thedevelopment of students. The correct managing ways are the basic and essentialrequirements to improve the students’ comprehensive abilities.
