Higher vocational education is an important part of education, school-enterprise cooperation is an important way of higher vocational education reform and development, and the inevitable choice of training applied technical talents. Currently, the vast majority of vocational colleges have carried out school-enterprise cooperation at different levels and achieved some remarkable results,but there are also many problems at the same time. After the investigation and the analysis, an important reason for many problems of school-enterprise cooperation in practice is the unbalanced distribution of benefits among participants. Under the new situation, school-enterprise cooperation should take the mutual benefit and win-win result of higher vocational colleges, businesses, government, students, community and other stakeholders as the fundamental purpose, make the mature consideration of interest appeal and the balanced coordination of interest relationship of the stakeholders,to promote the in-depth, healthy, and sustainable development of school-enterprise cooperation, thus promoting overall prosperity of higher vocational education, business and social economy.In this study, document analysis method, questionnaire and interviewing method, case study as the main research methods, how to develop and perfect the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges as the theme, stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis of the study, based on the stakeholders’ perspective of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and take Liaoning Institute of Mechatronic Technology as a case study,to focus on the analysis of the case school school-enterprise cooperation development effectiveness and shortage,and the cause of it,investigate of the stakeholders’ aspirations in school-enterprise cooperation process, and ultimately put forward the further development strategy of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, and to promote long-term development cooperation.In this paper, from the unique perspective of stakeholders’ interest appeal in school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges, under the equilibrium interests allocation of all stakeholders of the premise, solve the problems caused by interests in cooperation,and to achieve benefit-sharing ultimately. Designed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties involved in school-enterprise cooperation, and promote school-enterprise cooperation in depth and the sustainable development of vocational education.
