Purpose:This study attempts to evaluate from the perspective of the national constitution students new method, on the basis of empirical research of By BMI,body fat rate, vital capacity,made a detailed introduction for LMS method, as the pave for the application of LMS method in the national student physical health standard The aim is to build an objective and accurate physical evaluation system and provides a useful reference to guide, encourage and promote the healthy development of children and adolescents.Subjects and Methods:The present study’s data are collected by the revised data of the 2013 National Student Physical Health Standard. The data were stratified cluster random sampling method,17 provinces, from freshmen in primary schools to seniors in universities. In order to eliminate the reference population is too high or too low for curve fitting data interference, excluding sex outside of each age group 3S data. Finally, the age of the samples obtained BMI6-18:122,647.59,273 were male and 63374 were female; FVC(9 to 18 years old people):83,435,-44,631 were boys and 41883 were girls; the rate of body fat(7438 people aged from 6 to 18, boys 3750, girls 3688).After collect the raw data, established a database and import the data into SPSS, and completed the calculation of the index data classification, definition and derived indicators in SPSS. Percentile curve fitting with LMS method, and test the goodness of fit of the model which was constructed by LMS programResults:(1)Build the BMI, body fat rate and vital capacity of the percentile and percentile curves, formulate the overweight obesity point boundary value;(2) Determine the overweight obesity BMI value point boys for 91.1 and 99 percentile, girls percentile for 93.8 and 93.8. For determining fat body fat rate value point, the girl for the first 78.23 percentile, boys for 73.24 percentile.(3) For the model constructed by LMS program test of goodness of fit, the result is good.Conclusions:(1) LMS method can develop the percentile curves and reference values for indicators of student constitution;(2) LMS method’handling for data smoothing effect and extreme value is outstanding, makes the researchers are more likely to see the trend of curve, so as to master the regular pattern of variables.
