Extensive and profound Chinese characters, it makes the Chinese culture has a long history. Chinese culture is an important part of the "Chinese" in contemporary China.Learning Chinese characters is the first step, all to explore Chinese characters learning can promote the coordinated development of language and thought. Attaches great importance to the new primary school Chinese teaching, the cultivation of the ability to read and write has always been the focus of the primary school Chinese teaching, thus carry out various kinds of literacy in the teaching methods used to improve the students’ ability of writing Chinese characters. However along with the rapid development of science and technology, the popularity of mobile phones, computers and other high-tech products, the people of ability for writing Chinese characters are degraded, that there has been "the crisis of Chinese characters" to deteriorate. In order to reverse this situation, people put forward many solutions, but its basic or primary school Chinese teaching the implementation of the imperfect. Strategy can be divided into primary school Chinese teaching to inspire students’ interest, to read and write ability to cultivate students’ literacy and seriously writing habits, and to establish a primary school Chinese teaching evaluation system. According to the teachers’ teaching level, the students Chinese characters reading and writing as one of the teachers evaluation standard,fully stimulate teachers’ teaching enthusiasm. According to students’ psychological development characteristics, use a variety of interest incentive method, fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm. Increase the proportion of Chinese teaching in primary school Chinese teaching, to develop Chinese character writing system of distinction. On the distinction system as a benchmark, to promote effective classroom of primary school Chinese teaching, cultivate students’ comprehensive ability writing Chinese characters.
