Under the new curriculum standard idea,concept of mathematics education in our country have also changed, on the basis of the mathematical "double-base" teaching, curriculum puts forward the "four", namely the basic knowledge, basic skills, basic experience and the basic thought。should not only study well "double-base", also should attach great importance to the formation and development process of knowledge, way of thinking behind to understand more, should pay attention to cultivate the students’ mathematical ability,, and thinking ability is an important part of mathematical ability, cultivate the students’ mathematical thinking ability is crucial, and cultivate the students’ thinking quality and improve the thinking ability of the breakthrough, so the current students’ thinking quality of the actual level, will help the teacher to the students’ thinking level overall assurance, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, to cultivate and develop the students thinking flexibility。This study under the guidance of professor chong-de Lin thinking quality theory, combining the reality of the current high student’s cognitive level and psychological age characteristics, defines the concept of operation flexibility of thinking, and respectively operation flexibility and starting point of thinking flexibility and operation thinking process operation result flexibility of the three dimensions of thinking is divided into three levels, compiled on the basis of the investigation and the test questionnaire, and selecting the tested a sample of 123 senior students, according to the results of the tests and interviews of teachers and students, get the following results:(1) Overall, high student computing starting point at the first level flexibility of thinking, that is only from one perspective to operations, most of them students without the thought of "dissimilation", inflexible fixed thinking mode, lack of flexibility; Part of the students less operation flexibility thinking starting point in the second and third level, they are good at from a different Angle, direction to think and solve problems, thinking often do not bound, which is flexible, has innovation consciousness, even including the and their basic knowledge of mathematics and mathematics learning habits。(2)High student in operation process flexibility of thinking, in the second level, which can consciously call related mathematical concepts、formulas、theorems, principles and techniques,for the correct operation, a small number of students in the third level,which not only can call the relevant mathematical concepts, formulas, theorems, laws and skills, also can flexibly to synthesis and analysis of special and general, positive and reverse, concrete and abstract mathematical thinking methods, such as fusion together。(3) Students in computing results flexibility on the dimension of thinking, the second to the third overall in this level, namely, to understand and use conditions of effective information and method, through the abstraction and generalization successfully migrate to the new problem situation.In addition, students operation result the flexibility of thinking directly affected by the operational thinking starting point and process flexibility, clever thinking starting point and the correct thought process, the correctness of the result of thinking will follow, in turn, the computing results of thinking flexibility and reaction in the process of the operation thinking starting point flexibility and operation thinking flexibility。(4)Operation flexibility of thinking the results of gender differences:first,, boys and girls in the operation process of thinking starting point, flexibility and results the average scores of the three dimensions are small to large gradually become larger, and on each dimension, the girls’ average scores are slightly higher than the average score of the boys, is the operation of said girls thinking flexibility is better than boys;
