Teachers are shouldering the responsibility of shaping the new generation of The Times.Whether the high school ideological and political theory course can achieve the ideal teaching effect depends on teachers fundamentally.General Secretary Xi Jinpingstressed: do a good job in key in the ideological and political theory course teachers,key in the play to the teacher's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,the ideological and political theory course teachers put forward "political feelings stronger,to deep,thinking to the new,a wider field of vision,strict self-discipline,the personality is" six aspects of requirements,the "six" is a new era of high school ideological and political theory course teachers should enhance the level of professional quality and professional efforts direction,and to cultivate all-round development of having both ability and political integrity of socialist builders and successors.Taking Xi Jinping General Secretary put forward the construction of good ideological and political theory course "six" specific requirements as a guide,in the high school ideological and political theory course teachers' professional development,on the basis of the necessity and content of in-depth school of high school ideological and political theory course teachers professional development situation investigation,found that teachers' professional development is a firm political belief there are gaps,the imperfection of the lofty ideological and moral cultivation,good professional accomplishment needs to raise the question,in view of the problems puts forward corresponding Suggestions to promote the development of teachers' professional,It is mainly to shape teachers' political determination,cultivate teachers' professional quality,improve their self-development ability and enhance teachers' sense of career acquisition.The research framework of this paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,mainly including the reasons for the topic,research significance,research review,research methods.The second part mainly discusses the connotation,theoretical basis and significance of the professional development of high school ideological and political theory teachers.The third part mainly expounds the content of the professional development of high school ideological and political theory teachers,and analyzes the content of the professional development of high school ideological and political theory teachers underthe guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping important speech and literature research of the school's ideological and political theory teachers' symposium.The fourth part analyzes the status quo of the professional development of high school ideological and political theory teachers through questionnaire and interview.The fifth part is based on the research of the first four chapters,according to the problems and causes of the professional development of teachers in high school ideological and political theory courses,and proposes effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers,so as to provide Suggestions and references for the professional development of teachers in high school ideological and political theory courses.
