The course of ideological and political theory is the key course to carry out the basic task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.It is not only an ordinary course of humanities and social sciences,but also a course of national ideological education with distinct political positions,political tasks and other attributes.It is also a course of world outlook,outlook on life and values integrating ideology,politics,science and orientation.The key to a successful ideological and political theory course lies in the teachers.Ideological and political theory course teachers are an important part of the teachers in colleges and universities.They are the propagandists of the theory,line,principle and policy of the party and the state,and the guides and guides of the healthy growth of contemporary college students.In 2005,the opinions of the publicity department of the CPC central committee and the ministry of education on further strengthening and improving ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities explicitly stated that the key to improving the quality and level of ideological and political theory courses lies in the teachers,who should strive to create a high-quality ideological and political theory course teachers.In order to strengthen the construction of ideological and political theory courses and teachers in colleges and universities,the state has issued a series of documents,and teachers of ideological and political theory courses have achieved good results.Paper to ideological and political theory course teachers team construction since 2005 as the main research contents,to state a series of documents about teachers'team construction as the standard,according to published in recent years,higher education press of the ideological and political theory course teachers development report,etc.To provide the relevant data,summarizes the teacher team construction in the literacy's achievements:1,Enhance political literacy.2,Enhance theoretical literacy.3,teacher's ethics accomplishment enhancement.4,increase of teaching level.5,and scientific research ability is improved.Analyzes some problems still exist:1,individual teachers'political beliefs is not firm,in real life is difficult to make correct value judgment 2,a few teachers' theoretical knowledge is not solid,is not conducive to the teaching and scientific research level.3,low professional identity,has exerts a negative influence on college students' values to form.4,some teachers can't very well the teaching content,teaching material content can be converted to influence the effect of classroom teaching.5,lack of social practice experience,not well in the teaching to combine theory with practice.According to the above problem,paper to strengthen the construction of teachers'own construction and improve the external condition two aspects,puts forward the measures to improve teachers' quality:first of all,teachers must set up a firm political belief itself,the working mechanism of colleges and universities to construct should strictly the teachers' office entrance,from the source to promote teachers' firm political belief,enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of teaching.Secondly,consciously learn Marxist theory,read classic works,actively participate in teacher training activities organized by colleges and universities,strengthen the discipline construction of Marxism,improve theoretlical support for teaching and research,and enhance the theoretical literacy of teachers and teaching and research level.Thirdly,teachers are encouraged to take an active part in practical activities,to promote the establishment of a normalized mechanism of teachers' social practice,and to help teachers better combine theory with practice in teaching.
