The research on effective teaching in academic community is flourishing and numerous. It has been a long time since effective teaching was brought up as a concept, because of the characters of effective teaching, such as expansibility, conditionity and standard, it has not been reached agreement on the cognition of effective teaching, thereby, it’s very difficult to put effective teaching into practice in classroom teaching. But the research on effective teaching has not been stopped, scholars focus more on practical characteristics of effective teaching, base on class and apply to it, researchers try to portray the outline of effective teaching from many aspects and three dimensional perspective.Based on the principles of universally acknowledged, positivist and intercommunity, this research selected real classroom teaching cases from home and abroad as object of study, in which the characteristics of effective teaching can be found. The study tries to form the characteristics of effective teaching framework by content analysis, the framework described characters of effective teaching in a class from ten points, in the same time, it gave full explanation on measurement index of every characteristic and concrete manifestation of classroom teaching.On that basis, in order to deepen cognition of the characteristics of effective teaching framework, this study took the framework as basis for classroom observation, the research tries to evaluate and analyze the current classroom teaching situation, includes elements that meet the characteristics of effective teaching and relevant issues and gaps. Because of limited resources, the research random selected classroom teaching videos in senior high schools (the class is Chinese)as object of study, the format of Chinese class video is isomerism, there are 16 videos of Chinese class given by different teachers in all.According to the observation and analysis of classroom teaching videos, it found the effective teaching performance and low efficiency teaching performance in our classroom teaching is more intensive, so that we can put forward some teaching suggestions specific to low efficiency teaching performance.
