The teaching design and educations are closely related from its first appeared. It is an important part of the teachers’ teaching. It also plays a dominant role for teaching. Nowadays, sports educations in China have been further developed with the new curriculum reform. Moreover, the studying of physical education also presents many situations. The studying of physical education teaching design and the teaching practice need to be further combined. Therefore, some problems such as teaching design, integrating of new curriculum idea and sports teaching design need to be solved to achieve the aim "everything is done for the students’ development ". Therefore, we should never stop for learning and researching of physical education teaching design under the generalized of the new curriculum implementation. The middle schools of Shijiazhuang city aim to change the old way of sports teaching in terms of guidance new sports curriculum design for the middle school, foundations on sports and health new curriculum standard and guidance and correction on sports teachers’ teaching design. Nowadays, the middle school physical educations designs in Shijiazhuang city are designed base on physical examination. Many middle schools deflect from the new curriculum standard request. The mainly reason is that the physical education teachers are not clear understand the new curriculum idea. The physical examination is pursuing high grades excessively. With the scores of “hero", it is not earn analysis teaching learning situations and contents. This will lead the disconnection between the physical education teaching design and curriculum or even worst.This research mainly focuses on the study of school physical education teaching design. The school sports teaching design is based on level of physical education teaching design. According to the new curriculum standard with grade as the unit, combining with the characteristics of students’ age aims the new course standard, teaching content and reasonable planning to reflect the continuity of the course content. From the investigation on the present situation of middle school physical education teaching design of Shijiazhuang city, exploring the problems existing in middle school sports teaching design and analyzing of middle school physical education entrance exam, the new curriculum reform will develop better and more rationally through depth researches, discover problems and solve problems in order to make physical exam and students comprehensive development for better combination of physical and mental health.This article in the new curriculum idea and "sports and health course standard" is base on the academic year of physical education teaching design as the research object in middle schools in Shijiazhuang city. Through literature review, widely collecting, reading and sorting books and literature, conclusions can be drawn from the current research achievements of teaching design with fully grasp the connotation of sports teaching design, and carry on the discussion of the theory. Through the survey method with combination with their own teaching practice and communicate, a line of sports teaching and collect the latest information, the analyzing present situation of physical education teaching design of middle school in Shijiazhuang city discovers forward relevant countermeasures for existing problems. Base on this subject, the research results are as follows:Nowadays, the physical education teaching design is mainly around the sports examination since the first academic year of middle school in Shijiazhuang city. Students cannot learn much sport skills during an academic year due to unvaried teaching material and poor student-centered. Many schools broke away from the standard and request of new curriculum. With "scores of hero" and the excessive pursuit for high score in physical examination, result in sports teaching design and curriculum disconnected or even useless.The research author thinks that the middle school sports teaching concept design in Shijiazhuang city should base on the "sports and health new curriculum standard" and the principle of gradual. The four academic year is divided into three levels, grade 1, 2 and 3, for different teaching design among the students. First of all, analysis, the design teaching goals present different layered based on different education situations. The fundamentality is for the first academic year. The expansibilities are for second year and enhancements are for third year students. Lastly, the education design carries according to the teaching goal. This not only can make a reasonable arrangement of teaching contents, but also physical education teachers and unfixed constrained in sports middle examinations can further enhance students’ physical health. Moreover, there are many other sports events. Teachers should teach more knowledge, skills and ingenious introduction of the content of the examination. With upright teaching attitude, the sports mid-term examinations can be cleverly introduced into new curriculum teaching design. The new curriculum teaching design will become the real effectiveness of physical education teaching design.
