The Study On The Supply Of The Developmental Enioyable Elderly Education In Shanghai

Population aging is a serious challenge in the world in the 21st century. The focuses of pension policies in each country are how to turn pressure of aging to motivation and how to improve the life quality of elderly people. Social securities, such as elderly medical care, services and benefits, have become the social hot-topics. The education, as part of the social securities, is becoming popular in each country.Most studies at home and abroad have been done from different perspectives in enjoyment, development and the elderly education. While fewer researches have been done to find the developmental enjoyable elderly education. From views of educational endowment, this paper studies the following issues:the connotation of the developmental enjoyable elderly education, the evaluation criteria of the developmental enjoyable elderly education and the supply pattern. By using the theoretical researches, this paper analyses the theoretical basis of the developmental enjoyable elderly education and builds the evaluation system of the developmental enjoyable elderly education. By using the method of investigation and interview, this paper also studies the demand condition of the developmental enjoyable elderly education in Shanghai. Furthermore, this paper build a model of the developmental enjoyable elderly education in Shanghai through system analysis study.This paper draw the following conclusion based on the above studies:First of all, developmental enjoyable elderly education is the proper lifestyle of the elderly and the essential requirements of aging education, which could enhance the elderly development and ensure educational endowment. Secondly, the evaluation criteria can be divided into four dimensions, including enjoy health development, enjoy role development, enjoy cognitive development and enjoy the value development. Thirdly, the supply pattern of developmental enjoyable elderly education in Shanghai is a system including supply and operation system, service guarantee system, evaluation system and supervision system.
