Since the high school Chinese was repositioned in new curriculum reform, I have a strong feeling the urgency and necessity of changing the teaching concept and improving teaching strategies in the poetry ministry teaching. This paper, based on the problems existing in the poetry ministry teaching, combined new curriculum standards, textbooks, classroom and extracurricular aspect expand, finally develop the research on teaching strategies in “Ancient Chinese poetry prose appreciation” poetry ministry.The first chapter probes the current situation of poetry ministry teaching, and analyzed the cause of the problem. The teaching situation of poetry ministry is not very optimistic that there are teachers make the poetry ministry equivalent to the compulsory of classical poetry teaching, and they deprive students of elective rights when they teach this part, they extension the compulsory tradition of classical poetry teaching methods. Some teachers deal with the textbook of poetry ministry incorrectly. They focus only on the classroom but ignored expand extracurricular activities. The formation of these issues, either understanding of new curriculum standards are not in place or adversely affected by the utilitarian thinking of the entrance examination or not clearly understand the intent of write the poetry ministry textbook.The second chapter analyzed the course of poetry ministry. Start with the head target of Chinese language course of "ordinary high school language curriculum standards(experimental)" and the target of the course series “poetry and prose” unscramble the target and request of ancient poetry elective courses. What’s more, this chapter dissects the content, construction and characteristics of textbook of "Ancient Chinese poetry prose appreciation" poetry ministry from the point of text, analyzes the significance of high school elective poetry ministry teaching. This chapter provides the basis for "Ancient Chinese poetry prose appreciation" poetry ministry teaching strategies.The third chapter for the current teaching situation and curriculum analysis put forward poetry ministry teaching principles and strategies. This part consider that teacher should obey the rule of balance the knowledge ability and aesthetic ability, coexist multiple interpretations with single interpretation, combine students’ sentiment with teacher’s guidance and coordinate out-of-class study with classroom teaching, take a variety of teaching methods to stimulate students’ interest in learning.Relying on poetry ministry unit teaching focus, train students’ ability to appreciate, at the same time, focus on extracurricular activities expand, training students the interest to take advantage of extra time actively learn classical poetry and improving students’ language literacy by varieties of expand content and rich expansion forms.
