With the development of the training mode of work-integrated learning, classroom teaching changes a lot, which put forwards new demands on vocational teacher. They have to be good at both theory in classroom and practice guidance in factory and enterprises, doing research as well as produce result. This requires that they must be professional of a certain area, skill, production task or on site management with deeper and extensive understanding of occupation activity and environment. Facing with unsolved problems in vocational school classroom management, we have to improve and revolute to embrace the change and new demands of vocational schoolBased on studying relative reference and in consideration of case study of ** Technician College and questionnaires, this paper analysis the status of classroom teaching of vocational schools and point out the vocational classroom teaching problems and reasons on environment, content, order, interpersonal relationship and evaluation. Combining with practical situation it raises a classroom teaching management in vocational Education. 1, Improve physical environment of teaching: training base management and improvement; optimize teaching period. 2, teaching content management: explain the management of classroom teaching; ability-oriented practice and exploration of integrated teaching; reform of integration course and teaching methods. 3, Management Strategy to problem behavior of classroom teaching: improve classroom discipline management, standardize conversional classroom and develop self-discipline of the students. 4, Interpersonal relationship management: communication in students to teacher and peer students. 5, Evaluation and Assessment strategy: built ability centered creative quality evaluation system; teaching quality control and evaluation system; students learning quality control and evaluation system.The proposed strategy is quite operable could be a reference for self improvement of vocational school teachers.
