New curriculum requires teachers to give students more autonomy in the classroom and the initiative. In fact because of the particularity of high school students’ age, their self-control ability is poor, rebel psychology is strong, classroom problem behaviors of high school education is very common. We should take measures to solve these problems..This study with the background of new curriculum, combined with the characteristics of high school students in Muchuan middle school in Leshan as an example, analyses the performance of the high school classroom problem behavior,such as speaking and talking casually in class, speaking something not related to the topic in class or doing something else and sleeping and so on and finds that these problem behaviors are universal and implicit and can differ with the change of their grades, and combines with the cause of classroom problem behavior of students, teachers and schools, the society, family factor, letting students learn self management, promoting the comprehensive qualities of teachers, strengthening the cooperation between the family and school, preventing high school classroom problem behaviors. The reasonable rewards and punishment system to control the high school classroom problem behavior and many measures to make standard of high school classroom behavior, can strengthen the high school classroom problem behavior correction strategy. In that case, it will not only meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform in high school and help to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching high school; it will also have practical significance and role to the high school classroom teaching.
