Employment is the root to people’s livelihood. The expansion of employment scale and promotion of employment quality are the key to ensure and improve people’s livelihood. College graduates constitute the main part of employment population which cannot be ignored. The employment pressure is continued to build up. So, it has both theoretical and practical significance to study college graduates’ employment quality. This paper is based on the interactive exchange theory and human capital theory, using quantitative and qualitative analytical method to discuss the influence of college students’ human capital(include education background, types of graduated school, academic record, certificates, politics status, scholarship) on employment quality. First, we divide employment quality into ten aspects: working condition, job stability, social insurance, promotion opportunity, job challenge, interest expressing mechanism, job-person match, job decision making and job satisfaction. Second, we proposed three hypotheses: hypothesis one: human capital has a significant influence on college graduates’ working condition. Hypothesis two: human capital has a significant influence on job stability. The job stability is mainly reflected in the job changing frequencies, so the question can be translate into the influence degree of human capital on job changing. Hypothesis three: human capital has a significant influence on job satisfaction. At last, we work out three conclusions. Through multiple regression analysis, the first conclusion is that education background, types of graduate school, student cadres andscholarship have a significant influence on the work environment, and the direction is positive. The education background, part-time job, certificates number, types of graduated school, academic record have a significant influence on working hours, and the direction is negative. Through logistic regression analysis, the second conclusion is certificates number, student cadres, scholarship have a significant influence on job stability. The third conclusion is that types of graduated school and certificates number affect job satisfaction, and the direction is negative.Based on the result analysis, this paper offerd several proposals as follows: From the perspective of college graduates, first, they should develop professional skills. Second, establish a correct employment concept. From the perspective of colleges, they should transform talent-cultivated pattern.
