Teaching is not only a kind of teachers’ professional behavior, but also a science, a teacher of teaching system, specialized knowledge, it’s an important part of the teachers’ academic character. Do the research of young university teachers’ teaching academic status, is conducive not only to discard teachers’ old beliefs that "teaching is not science", but also to set up the new viewpoint that "teaching is science", and can provide certain theoretical basis and practical basis for teachers to enhance academic teaching, and improve teaching quality in colleges.Teaching science makes teachers more profound understanding teaching, do the scientific research and self-examination on the teaching, and continue to enrich the teaching theory, and use it to guide the teaching practice. However, the current teachers in colleges and universities, especially the young teachers teaching academic level is not high: it is not enough that the sense of identity and the importance of the teaching of the scientific research and local undergraduate class teachers, and have a deviation of academic understanding; Teacher’s teaching time investment decrease with the increasing of college level; Teachers’ teaching training time is not long, and education in the teaching of theoretical knowledge is insufficient, and low access to education opportunities for young teachers, colleges tend to give the high quality training opportunities to the higher title of teachers; At the same time, teachers’ evaluation for the current of the management system of the colleges and universities is not high, especially in these two aspects that "training and development system" and "teaching management system".To improve teachers’ teaching science, first young teachers must correct the understanding of the teaching, identify with the teaching academic view, enhance the love, great importance to the degree, the sense of responsibility f teaching; Secondly, we must focus on teaching, and accumulated rich theoretical knowledge and teaching experience, focus on the teaching research, peer communication, and teaching reflection; Depend on the school and individual situation, while complete the assigned teaching task, actively participate in teaching and professional study. Colleges and universities need to perfect the current teachers’ management system, formulate and implement the system to encourage teachers to improve teaching science, from a change of system to improve the enthusiasm of young teachers in the teaching work, by establishing a perfect system of personnel training and development, provide good conditions for young teachers to develop the teaching science.
