This study aimed at how to develop adolescent body balance ability and sports teaching mode innovation, Based on the research development of actual conditions and characteristics of teaching objective and adolescentshow sports in PE class in limited teaching time is moreeffective in the development of student’s body balance ability.The physical field training theory has been paid more and more attention to the body core strength training into the middle school sports teaching practice, Has the characteristics of safety, practicality, simplicity and other core strength design is fit for the characteristics of the young training methods and means, Exploration will and middle school advanced theories and methods of teaching practice of combining thedevelopment of students’body balance ability teaching mode.Study by introducing the core strength training in the city of Beijing Changping District Nankou Railway North Middle School Students in Physical Education, to be in the development of middle school students core area of strength at the same time, through the experimental group comparison study to explore the effect of static core strength training andcore strength training on the dynamic balance abilitydevelopment of the students. In this study,40 middle school students participated in the experiment,40 grade two students and 38 junior students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. By closing the eyes and one leg standing test method for all subjects were tested before the experiment, through the analysis of the experimental group and the control group, the test results of the variance homogeneity examination, to exclude the impact of experimental groupsand other objective factors. The experimental group adopted static core strengthtraining method, the control group using dynamic core strength training means, after 12 weeks,3 times a week, every 10 minutes of PE class core strength training, andto all the participants conducted experiments and testing, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Through the twelve week core strength exercisecontrol group before and after the test scores have no significant difference in statistics, results did not significantly improve. While the experimental groupthrough the appropriate volume and intensity loading core stability exercises, make the group of students before and after the test results have been enhanced. Static core strength can effectively develop the ccre area of deep the small muscles of the raising, mobilization and control ability, and improve the balance ability of students.2. In the process of teaching students to enter the trainingafter the training status and teaching subjects to graspthe situation, the experimental group students for generalcomplex technology action learning and mastering more than the control group students, which show that the addition of balance ability in the sports teaching trainingcan not only balance the quality of youth developmenteffectively, for systemic athletic technical movementsteaching can also have the auxiliary effect.
