Case teaching method is widely used in the junior middle school language teaching, as a fresh blood, is changing the traditional teaching mode of chinese. However, non repudiation, learning plan teaching method also has some problems in the implementation process, these problems should arouse the attention of educators in junior high school chinese. First of all, is the design of the guiding case, the lack of scientific and innovative design of the guiding case, resulting in a decline in the quality of teaching case, unable to meet the needs of students. Secondly, is the application of learning plan guidance law problem, due to the dependence of learners’ over the case, do not pay attention to the teaching design of the text, which leads to teachers in the process of Chinese teaching, combining the teaching case is not very good. Once again, is not to be ignored in the application of learning plan guidance method for surface flow, deviation exists many teachers in the junior middle school language teaching knowledge of learning plan teaching method, so that they stick to their traditional teaching mode, for the learning plan guidance law was just a formality. Finally, the problems exist in the implementation process of the learning plan guidance law, due to the lack of effective supervision and management and various forms of teaching, guiding by the method of student achievement in the application of two stage differentiation, reduced the enthusiasm of the students. Defect of the junior high school language teaching high school case teaching method, make it toward the healthy direction, it should determine the basic principles guiding the case writing, clear guiding case implementation of the general standard and establish effective supervision and management mechanism, ensure the development and implementation process of the science and innovation. In addition to learning plan teaching method should be combined with the innovation of teaching mode, especially the successful experience in the "Du Langkou" teaching mode.
