For primary school Chinese reading ability training in the lower grades this problem is no exception,Because is the elementary school lower grade students beginning to learn language, also is the key stage of learning to read, plays well read in the learning phase, is essential to the formation and development of the students reading ability. Teachers’ teaching activities in junior Chinese reading is to fully consider the characteristics of students body and mind law of development to achieve the junior Chinese reading teaching.The research is combined with lower grade students ‘Chinese reading teaching goal in primary school, with Shagangzi central primary school in Shenyang as an example to investigate the status question of cultivating the ability of lower grades students’ Chinese reading extremely countermeasure analysis.
