The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Education Quality Management In Local Municipal University Of Chongqing Graduate

Higher education is the highest part of education system, undertake a national personnel training work, but also for the development of science, making outstanding contributions to the progress of the society. In order to improve the population proportion of national education, especially higher education, started the implementation of the expansion policy from 1999, college students, graduate students more and more large scale, the amount of expansion will cause qualitative change, in this context, how to carry on effective management to ensure the quality of graduate education is particularly urgent. This paper tries to explore the basic education in the quality management theory, focuses on the research of the present situation of quality management education in Chongqing local Municipal colleges and universities graduate student, analyze the existing reasons, and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures accordingly. TheThe The main contents of this paper include:(1) The introduction of this article, the relevant case study and the quality of education background, the significance of the topic and the domestic and foreign research students;(2) On the related concepts include the quality of graduate students, graduate education, higher education and the basis of the theory of quality management, including the stage of higher education development theory, the theory of total quality management, quality management system theory are discussed;(3) On the quality concept of graduate education to carry on the theoretical research and quality management principles for theory are discussed(4) Through the empirical analysis on the research status, education quality management students in Chongqing local Municipal universities research mainly through to the tutor, main factors, graduate students, training process, training factors factors of quality factors, the use of EXCEL and SPSS19.0 statistics and analysis;(5)Through the statistical analysis of the data, find the teacher factors, graduate cultivation factors, process factors and the existing problems and reasons in training quality factor;(6) according to the problems and causes of Chongqing local Municipal colleges and universities, to improve the quality of graduate education management suggestions: strengthen students’ learning attitudes, broaden the graduate cultivating financial sources, to strengthen the quality level of degree thesis, formulate scientific and reasonable training plan, strengthening the research on students management work, full participation, improve the consciousness, pay attention to students’ needs,and strive to establish a perfect quality assurance system, prevention, continuous improvement.
