Research On The Internal Quality Assurance System Of Postgraduate Education In Local Universities

Along with the rapid expansion of the number of postgraduate education in recent years,the quality of its training has attracted the attention and questions from all walks of life.How to promote the improvement of the quality of postgraduate education effectively has become the focus of academic circles,and it highlights the importance and urgency of establishing an internal quality assurance system for postgraduate education.The construction of postgraduate education's Internal quality assurance system is mainly through the rational analysis of the main factors generated in the multi-quality generation,seeking key control points that have an effect on quality,through system' format,regulation's standard and culture's enrich to promote the continuous improvement and improvement of the quality of graduate education.Local colleges and universities are an important group in the system of higher education in China,and their role in postgraduate education has become increasingly prominent.However,the construction of internal quality assurance system for postgraduate education is very complex,and its improvement requires the active participation and joint efforts of stakeholders.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable internal quality assurance system is the internal driving force for the continuous improvement of the quality of postgraduate education.Local colleges and universities can be based on their specific actual and reasonable positioning to highlight the characteristic advantages and provide intellectual support for the steady improvement of the quality of postgraduate education in China.Based on the new requirements for the development of postgraduate education in China,and combined with the current situation of local colleges and universities,this paper proposes an internal quality assurance system to achieve the sustainable development of the quality of postgraduate education in China.The specific ideas are as follows: Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the connotation and theoretical basis of the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education,this paper analyses the constituent elements of the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local universities and the significance of the construction of the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local universities.Then it takes HUniversity of Heilongjiang Province as an example to analyze the problems existing in the construction of internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local colleges and universities,and to explain the three main factors that influence the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local colleges and universities,namely,the training unit,the main body of Postgraduate Education and the internal quality culture.Finally,according to the five elements of the internal quality assurance system,this paper puts forward five pertinent strategies to improve the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in local universities,namely,accurate strategic target orientation,perfect education input guarantee,attention to the management of training process,strict control of output quality,and establishment of special power guarantee mechanism,with a view to improving the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education in order to provide a reference for the internal quality assurance system of postgraduate education.The gradual improvement provides theoretical and practical reference.
