In recent years, accompanied with the deepening reform of economics system and education, the advanced profession colleges and universities have played an increasingly important role in the field of vocation education in China. It is obvious that cooperation between these colleges and enterprises is gradually becoming the key factor of the development of our higher vocation colleges. Hence, to furthermore promote and deepen this kind of cooperation relations is the basis and aim of further educational progress. During years of teaching practice, higher vocation colleges have been exploring the proper mode of cultivating their students. Now, the mode of teaching using the cooperation between schools and enterprises is widely promoted and practiced. But some practical problems also arise during this processing. This article bases on the theoretical research of college-enterprise cooperation and the author systematically analyses domestic and foreign dissertations and reports to support those views in this article. The author has taken Yangling Vocational &Technical College as an example to illustrate the existing problems in college-enterprise cooperation. It is found that in Yangling Vocational &Technical College the relevant laws and institutions’ effectiveness is not strong and the enterprise does not play the main role. Moreover, the enterprise has own limitations, the understanding of cooperation of school is not deep enough and the information cannot smoothly spread. All these problems need attention and suggestions. In the end, combined with the domestic and foreign existing modes and the author’s own experience of student working, the author proposes necessary countermeasures and suggestions including establishing and improving the operating mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation, strengthen enterprise’s principal position on the cooperation between schools and enterprises and predominantly business-oriented training.
